MRC500 automatic wire soldering cell with integrated collaborative robot
Have you ever seen a collaborative robot stripping a wire and soldering it independently?
We made it thanks to our robust MRC500 soldering robotic cell integrated with a collaborative robot and an automatic wire stripping unit.
This innovative solution allows the cutting, stripping, handling and soldering of a wire on a PCB and is unique on the market.
4 reasons to choose this innovative integrated solution
- Precise and fully adjustable wire cutting and stripping.
- Automatic positioning of the wire on a PCB with a collaborative robot.
- Wire soldering with a compact design 150W iron head.
- Quick & easy adjustment of all process parameters.

MRC500 soldering robotic cell
MRC500 soldering platform for robotic soldering from above is a free-standing machine cell. Our design engineers purposes-built the MRC500 for soldering applications then standardized the design.
Classic soldering iron
mta’s classic iron head for soldering robots is our most popular soldering technology. Probably because most customers are upgrading from hand soldering with the iron.
Solder wire feeder
The location of the mta wire feeder is unique. Placing it directly on the solder head improves accuracy, reliability, and overall performance. We are distinctive in this regard because our purpose-built robot is able to support the additional weight at the end of the robot.
Heating elements are available for both 80W and 150W irons. As these units are submitted to high temperature, they need to be replaced from time to time and as such can easily be changed when necessary.
