Project management

mta’s project management team is primarily responsible for overseeing the production of new machines.  The project team will occasionally assist in the proposal process.  However, their primary function begins once the order is received.  They continue to manage the project through delivery and onsite commissioning.  Project management is responsible for overseeing the following:

  • Project kickoff
  • Design of custom components and fixtures
  • Cooperation with outside suppliers
  • Machine construction
  • Software and controls development
  • Document preparation
  • Machine testing, process validation, and FAT
  • Delivery, on-site commissioning, and SAT
